These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Colibry Web Service (CWS), an online platform for estimating the performance of artificial intelligence (AI) models on the embedded hardware target Colibry.
2. Nature of Results
The results provided by the platform are theoretical estimates based on computational models. These results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not representative of real-world performance on final hardware.
No guarantee is provided as to the accuracy, reliability, or relevance of the results.
3. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties, including (but not limited to):
- Accuracy or completeness of the output,
- Availability or stability of the service,
- Suitability for a particular purpose or hardware,
- Absence of bugs or calculation errors.
4. Data and Privacy
While reasonable efforts are made to protect user data, we do not guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, or security of any data submitted through the platform.
Users are responsible for not submitting sensitive or proprietary data. In the event of a data leak, unauthorized access, or loss, we shall not be held liable in any way.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Colibry Web Service, its operators, partners, or suppliers be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or results,
- Incorrect use or interpretation of estimations,
- Material, financial, or commercial damages,
- Failure to achieve expected performance on a real hardware target.
No legal action or claim for compensation may be brought against us.
6. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, to reverse-engineer protected data, or to bypass hardware or software limitations.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
